The Console page mirrors your server console in real time and lets you run commands from the browser. It needs the Console permission and a connected server.
The console has full control of your server
A command typed here runs on your server like a command typed into the real console. Give the Console permission only to people you would trust with server access, and protect their accounts with two-factor authentication.
Reading the console#
New server lines stream in as they happen and are colored by level: info, warning and error. The toolbar lets you:
- Filter the output with the search box. Press
Ctrl+Fto focus it. - Download the lines on screen as a log file.
- Clear the view. This only clears your browser, not the server.
- Open Console Settings to pick the font size and a 12h or 24h timestamp. The settings are saved.
Running commands#
Type a command into the input and press Enter. It is executed on the server, and the server's answer shows up in the stream.
Quick commands pre-fill common commands:

The backend checks the Console permission of the person for every command, not just when the page opens. That protects you from accidents, but not from an admin you should not have trusted.
