A purchase does not activate itself. You buy on Tebex, then redeem the order in the dashboard, which creates your server's license or extends an existing one.
Buy a plan#
- Pick a plan on the pricing page or go straight to the store. Every plan button opens the Tebex checkout.
- Pay. Tebex emails you a confirmation that contains a Transaction ID, which looks like
tbx-abc123def456.
Keep that email. The ID is the only thing that links the payment to your account.
Redeem a new server#
- Sign in at astroshield.dev with Discord. See Account and security.
- Open the dashboard and click Redeem.
- Choose New Server.
- Paste your Transaction ID, tick the Terms of Service box and click Activate New Server.
You become the owner of the new server. If it is your only server, the dashboard opens the Setup Wizard so you can download the resource.
Renewing a server#
- Click Redeem and choose Renew Server.
- Select the server to renew.
- Paste the Transaction ID and click Renew Server License.
If the license still has time left, the purchased duration is added on top of the remaining time. If it has already expired, the new period starts today. Renewing a lifetime license is not needed.
You can only renew servers that you own. Otherwise the dashboard says You do not own the selected server.
If redeeming fails#

Payment status is "…". Only completed payments can be redeemed. | The payment is still pending, was refunded or charged back. Wait for it to complete. |
Could not map the purchased package to a plan. | The package name did not match Monthly, Quarterly or Lifetime. Contact support with your Transaction ID. |
Transaction already redeemed | This ID was already used, once. A Transaction ID can only be redeemed one time. |
You do not own the selected server. | You picked a server that belongs to someone else. |
Redemptions are final and non-transferable. If something still does not work, ask on Discord and include your Transaction ID, but never your .key.
After redeeming#
- The server appears in Your Servers on the dashboard, with its status and expiry.
- Its IP shows as Not configured until the resource connects for the first time. See IP lock.
- The license starts counting down from the moment you redeem, not from when you install.
