Live map and screen view

Follow players on a live map and watch their screens in real time.

Live map#

The Live Map shows where your players are. It needs the Live Map permission. Positions are refreshed every second.

ControlWhat it does
3D / Satellite / RoadSwitch the map style.
Search playersFilter the list on the side.
FocusCenter the map on a player. Hide removes a player's marker, Reset restores the default view.
ScreenOpen that player's screen.
Click a markerOpens the player card.
Drag and scrollDrag to pan, scroll or pinch to zoom. On the 3D map drag to rotate and pan.

The 3D map needs WebGL. If your browser cannot provide it the page shows WebGL is not available, and you can still use the satellite and road maps.

Screen view#

Screen View shows what a player sees right now. It needs the Screen View permission.

  1. Open Screen View, or click Screen on a player in the Players page or on the map.
  2. Pick players from the panel on the side. Staff and Recent filters help you find them.
  3. Each selected player gets a live tile. A tile shows Connecting... until the stream starts and Paused if it stops.

Good to know:

  • Screen View shows the game view of the FiveM window, not the player's desktop.
  • It is a live stream (WebRTC) that only starts when staff ask for it.
  • The same view is built into the in-game panel under Screen View. See In-game panel.
  • Give this permission only to staff you trust. See Admins and permissions.

Replay is different. It shows a recorded buffer of the last 40 seconds instead of a live view. See Players.
